Registration

Process

Registration for the SCAR and COMNAP meetings is being managed by the International Glaciological Society, a sponsor of the XXXII SCAR and OSC, on their secure website.

When you click through to register, you will be asked to:

  • Create an IGS account if you don't already have one
  • Login with your IGS contact number or email address
  • Provide your abstract submission number (if applicable)
  • Choose the appropriate registration elements
  • Make your payment by credit card

The abstract submission number helps us to ensure that all of your registration details are linked correctly. Invoicing is possible if required.

Fees

  • OSC Registration
    • before 1 July: $475
    • after 1 July: $525
    • student: $175 (free for first 200 abstracts)
    • accompanying: $60
  • OSC Banquet
    • per person: $85
  • COMNAP Registration
    • no cost, please register as soon as possible
  • SCAR SSGs and Delegates
    • no cost for these events
    • if also attending OSC or OSC Banquet, fees (above) apply

Accommodations

Reservations for the conference hotel are now available through the Hilton online reservation tool. Additionally, a limited amount of subsidized housing for participants from developing economy countries and students is also now available.
